Shmone's Journey to a Michelin Star

In 2022, our agency orchestrated the highly anticipated launch of Shmone, a new culinary gem by the renowned Israeli Chef Eyal Shani, located in the heart of Greenwich Village. Leveraging an aggressive media campaign, we successfully generated tremendous coverage in local New York food circles and prestigious national publications. Our strategic approach involved positioning Shmone as a distinctive and intimate dining experience, setting it apart from Eyal Shani’s other restaurants. Our aim was ambitious yet deliberate: to attain the prestigious Michelin star. The culmination of our collective efforts and Shmone’s unwavering dedication to culinary artistry was realized in November 2023, as the restaurant proudly earned its first Michelin star. We take great pride in our role in this significant milestone.
